* KEEP IN MIND THAT IF IT'S NOT VINTAGE CHANCES ARE WE WE'RE NOT

Q: What types of items do you consider to be vintage?
A: This term comes into play especially when talking about
the entertainment industry. You can easily tell the difference between a
"vintage" photo and a recent one. A vintage photo is usually has a glossy,
shiny, flimsy texture to it. In opposition, a vintage photo is typically
of a stronger material with a matte surface and a brownish sepia looking
age to it. Some examples of the "vintage" stars we're talking about are
Marilyn Monroe, Jayne Mansfield, Lon Chaney, Clark Gable, Oliver and Hardy,
Abbott and Costello, and Bela Lugosi. Frank Sinatra, Billie Holliday, Elvis
Presley. As you can see, we're mostly interested in people from the turn
of the century through the fifties.
